It emerged out of nothing last May, and returned to nothing in September. Now, Berlin’s @floatinguniversity is trying to find ways to keep this inner-city offshore laboratory for collective, experimental learning alive. Actor of Urban Change Dorothee Halbrock from @halllohalllohalllo and #TeamHamburg was dean of Floating University’s open programs.
