We’re in Praga, one of Warsaw’s poorest and fastest changing districts, talking to community initiatives trying to help connect the city’s revitalization projects to the needs of residents. This is the beautiful home of the Zmiania Foundation, a self-organized community center that collects books for prisoners and other marginalized groups. “The revitalization of Praga is going very fast but not attending the needs of the community,” they say. .
